"Chelsea was absolutely amazing! She left such helpful and thoughtful commentary throughout the entire length of my novel, catching errors that I had missed even after several rounds of edits. Her overall review letter astonished me with how in-depth it was, and I am excited to take my story to the next level based on her advice!"
— Kelly Coberly, sci-fi author
"Chelsea is amazing! She is my go-to whenever I need proofreading done. Her professionalism is outstanding, her abilities top-notch. She delivers for me time and time again. And she makes what I find to be a tough part of the book writing process so seamless and pain-free."
— Mia Coco Lanner, romance author
"Working with Chelsea was an absolute pleasure! ... The proofreading was very thorough. She found all these last pesky little spelling mistakes I was worried about, marked some word repetitions I missed and even delivered some notes on where the text could be improved. Will come back with my next book for sure!"
— Koko Klein, romance author

As a writer and editor of fiction, I stand vehemently and firmly AGAINST the use of AI in creative and arts spaces. Human ingenuity and spirit cannot and should not be outsourced to machinery and algorithms. Beyond that, though, generative AI (including the AI used to produce artwork and fiction in all its stages and forms) can only work through the uncompensated theft of other artists' labor and work. Unlike human beings, who can draw inspiration and combine that with individualized interpretation, experience, aesthetic, and artistic goals to achieve something new, AI simply takes in and regurgitates.
I refuse to utilize generative AI programs in my editorial work or my daily life, to include so-called "AI detectors." I also refuse to work with clients whose work is derived from generative AI tools, in whole or in part.
